Actually, there are a whole bunch of laws like that. They're holdovers from colonial days, and nobody's really actually struck them from the books.

On the other hand, they're also totally not enforced.

Actually, they've all been overturned. Federal law trumps state law. Such a law is unconstitutional and one like it was overturned by the federal courts. This means it is void and any enforcement of the law is a federal crime. This doesn't remove it from the books, it just means it is irrelevant. Here in Oklahoma, there are still segregation laws and sodomy laws on the books. They don't mean anything, but removing them would require legislation that takes time away from more pressing matters.
