Okay, so I'm trying to get the help of someone. However, I note her level of confidence is rather shabby, and it could use a third party boost.

Note her behavior in threads here: http://negi-project.co.uk/phpbb/viewtop ... 04&start=0

But for the sake of the here, I'll post some of her work.

Please note, she's only 13, and already draws on this level...

And this next image, is one she claims was a 'quick' peice she did before going to bed.

If that's 'quick' work, what's she capable of with time, practice, and tools?

What are the words of the WAR about a person of her age doing work of this skill and quality?

Those pictures are... quite Lolicon. I'm guessing this is really a 29 y/o perv.

This isn't lolicon, it's actually pretty faithful to the original content. You know...Anime... with definite CLAMP influence. <chuckles> Blame CLAMP if you want.

I'm REALLY liking the style. She does cute very well, and the final piece you posted has a major improvement in face/body proportions. Tell her to continue working on original poses and to attempt more angles until it becomes second nature - but the tallent is definitely there and their lines are very solid and clean.

And, most of all, tell them I want chibi-Omoi characters. :P I'll post and pimp them out for her. :D

This is really, really well done. I certainly can't draw anything CLOSE to that good, despite practice. I'd say that if the artist has this kind of tallent, then it should be developed, honed, and perhaps it could be a career. There's a lot of "Ameri-manga" that's becoming really popular these days.

Heck, she already draws better than Megatokayo. She's got a future.

I was gonna say TOGTFO until I saw the last pic. Could still use some, though.

Anyway, she's got skills. She needs to do two things.
1) Draw more. MORE!
2) Learn to draw the human body. Every good mangaka draws the human body, then derivates from it, and reaches their own style. Realistic for Takahashi, freakishly long-limbed for CLAMP, exaggerated sexuality for Shirow, whatever floats their boat.

She's got fantastic skills drawing faces and heads. Good on her. She also has a decent sense of proportion. Good again. Basically, get some anatomy books, sketch out of those. But yeah, for 13, she's da freaking bomb.
