Don't mean nothin' - I long ago figured out that, if brains were motor oil, my city council couldn't grease the generator in the ass end of a lightning bug. Why should I expect other towns to have better luck?

From the Fail Blog But... it's SUPPOSED to be graffiti'd on... Note: to "crime" something is apparently the official act of initiating a criminal case file. I hadn't heard that particular bit of UK cop slang before, but whatthehell - it's not my tax money being squandered twice over... |

Hahahahaa! Oh wow! So because it was "graffiti on" by someone other than kids who actually have graffiti skills, they consider it a criminal case and therefore will need to spend money investigating/repairing? Nice... |
