Polar Ice-cap could provide enough water to cover entire planet with water.

Now, just remember not to use the inexpensive Domes...chicks with 3 boobies may SEEM like a good thing...but it's just not worth the melty-face cancer.

The planet needs more mass. Maybe if we crash mercury into it... That should give it enough punch to hold an atmosphere... Then we can start Terraforming mars.

We could send a crapload of the Asteroid Belt to crash into the planet. That might be easier than moving Mercury (Invader Zim aside). Not only would that add a bit of mass (only 1% of Mercury), but it could make mining the asteroid belt much, much easier. :D

Mercury itself doesn't weigh enough to transform Mars into a Earth-like gravity well. The atmosphere would be very light, but we COULD make it sustainable...
