Just occurred to me, it'd be entirely appropriate to congratulate you on a couple things.
first, let's have a round of applause for the new Chairman of the Otafest anime and culture festival!
second, let's have a round of awe and amazement for the man who actually convinced the otaku to shower. I don't exaggerate at all when I say this was a HUGE problem last year, and this year it was really not an issue.
Keep up the good work, and I look forward to getting in free again next year ;)

Hahaha, thanks. being chairman will be challenging, since we doubled our yearly growth last year from 20% to 40% and had to turn vendors away because of space concerns. Imagine what I'll have to find room for next year? Oy vey.

As for the showering... It could just be because the vendor room was VERY well ventilated. It stayed nice and cool all weekend. But I suppose I can take a little credit for that.

Now I'm going to go get the first full night's sleep I've seen since last thursday. Whee.
