Post subject:  My New Toy ^-^
So umm... I was wandering through the mall the other day... and lo and behold... what do I find... but a 300 fold, 22in (I believe) katana for 20 bucks... yes yes TWENTY bucks... yeah its a bit plain, but holy hell... the one I had been looking at, which was like... a meh sword... they wanted 100 for at another shop... So, for your viewing pleasure, and the ensuing bouts of jealously... my new katana (this is #4)

Hate to burst ye ol' bubble, but that katana is NOT folded steel.

I can tell from the hammon, and from seeing quite a few katanas in my time. 8) Much like a photoshop...only without pixles.

Still, 20 bucks...so long as nothing's loose or unballanced it will make a great practice sword.

*shrug* I'm going on what the shop person told me.... but hell for 20 bucks, its still a good deal.

ANd the balance on it, damn near perfect.... not as good as my short sword (also shown there) but pretty damn close.

the edge on it can slice a piece of paper smoothly... so the blade is damn good... ^-^
