So, I thought I'd post this to see if others had any similar experiences, since this is definately my first time dealing with this. Last night my apartment was robbed. one of my roommates left the front sliding door unlocked (stupid). anyway, I get up this morning being the good student that I am and I get ready to go to class and notice a draft. I go into the front room and it was the weirdest feeling because half of our stuff was gone (the expensive half) and door was wide open, blowing the curtain in the morning air.
so we called the police and blah blah, and we probably wont get our stuff back, but it happens. anyway, I thought I'd post to see if anyone else has had a similar story with maybe a happy ending?
all in all we're in good spirits and we are now checking the door lock every day. I guess you gotta learn somehow. :-/-Varelse
