*sigh* I'm only replying to this post so I can feel importaint, comment on the cool zim quotes in here, audrins stupidity (to which I pity him for, and hold nothing against him), and to complain that I have absolutely 0 swords. would someone like to pm me some info on where to get a decent sword for a decent price? thnx! |

Well, I happen to live in a town with a couple of professional bladesmiths... But a good chisel will set you back 150 - 300, a knife 250-500+, so probably add another 0 to that for a sword. |

What were you looking for? I got a decent price on a lower end Paul Chen katana online. If you're looking for anything in particular I'll let you know what I come across in my general browsing. |

http://www.swordsonline.com That site has swords, knives, and accessories. They have a sharpness and quality rating system for their weapons and let me just say this. I've got three very nice daitos. All three are well balanced wooden weapons worthy for use as a practice swords. I keep one in my car. |

Correct length and weight (ginormous), but the shape is dfferent. Blade on one side, thick back. "zweihander" can refer to any two-handed german sword, from what I understand. |

As the name means, literally, 2-hander, yeah, it could refer to nearly any german two-handed sword. There are several different models of zweihander that are based on a single outline, but they are as similar as a Pentium 4 and an AMD Duron. |

Better than the giant butter-knife I had to settle for previously. |
