Self-Publish for free. LuLu.com
This looks pretty damn snazy:
http://www.lulu.com/
I'm probably going to give it a shot when I write Random Heroic Nonesense. Anyone else know of a good low-cost publishing place that does stuff like this?

Fair enough, but keep in mind this is known as "vanity publishing" and doesn't do anything for your resume.

This is true, but considering Drax has been trying to get a bunch of stuff like this together, and a lot of people have been asking for hard copies of stuff...it might come in handy.
Still, I wouldn't mind a nice big publisher coming by and giving me a nice million dollar contract....

Ah, yes. Since I no longer work at Kinko's this might be the way to go. I'll look into it and most importantly, their copyright issues. The four books I made will be sent to Fiss as is, dog eared and marked up for editing purposes but he can say he got the "first ones"
But if this works, can anyone recommend anyother memorable fanfiction to see in printed form?

Denied.
This was in their FAQ.
Quote: Can I publish fan fiction on Lulu? No. Fan fiction, also known as "FanFic," is any work based on another creator's story, idea, or character (literally fiction written by a fan). For example, you might write an episode for one of your favorite TV shows, a short story based on characters in a novel you love, or an installment of a comic strip you enjoy.
If you are a FanFic creator, you probably do not have a commercial interest in publishing your work; you most likely just want to distribute it. That said, Lulu is a strong supporter of copyrights and does not allow fan fiction because FanFic authors generally do not have permission from the original author.
The Stanford Center for Internet & Society maintains a FanFic FAQ that explains many of the copyright and trademark issues surrounding Fan Fiction.
So, same problems as before with copyrights and all but when you get your own stories up and going it should be cool.

It was harsh, but unsurprising. The moment anyone pays for fan-work, ALL the rules change. The fact that some anime cons charge for collected-fanfic books is bad enough....MAJOR problems for that con if anyone outside a small group of fandom notices.
No matter. I wouldn't put AR to page anyway...it's too rough. ^_^
